2026 brings 23 years of experience as a Realtor, 300+ homes sold and over $101,000 Million in MLS Residential ONLY Sales representing buyers and sellers in Edmonton and surrounding area. I have proudly helped clients navigate Real Estate in Residential, Rural, Property Management and Commercial markets since becoming a licensed agent in 2003.

My own real estate journey began even earlier when I purchased my first property in 1999, sparking a passion for real estate that has shaped my career ever since.  I still own this home today.

While attending the University of Alberta to become a teacher, it was clear my balance was on the side of Real Estate and not a classroom. When I graduated with a B.Ed. in 2005, I was working evenings and weekends showing homes and holding open houses.  Many of the lessons taken from University still help me today, as I believe that most people only go through a Real Estate transaction a few times in their life and guidance and advice based on experience is key to a low stress and high yield experience.

Beyond residential buying and selling, I bring hands-on experience with rental properties, renovations, and home building, offering clients valuable insight into property value, construction quality, and long-term investment potential. This practical knowledge allows me to guide clients with a well-rounded perspective, whether they are purchasing a first home, renovating, building, or expanding their investment portfolio.

I am genuinely excited about helping people unite with the next chapter of their lives, whether that means finding the right home or achieving a successful sale.

It has always been a personal goal of mine to make the buying and selling process profitable, informed, and stress-free as possible. After more than 20 years and counting of working closely with buyers and sellers, many clients have become friends, and those relationships continue well beyond the transaction.
