Why did I get into Real Estate? Over the last 25 years I renovated many properties, enjoying the challenges and rewards of taking a house and improving the livability, curb appeal and overall "feel" of a house to make it a home. My passion for housing branched into the desire to help those around me find a house to call their own or to sell and move to bigger and better things. I love the challenge of a search to find a property that meets the needs of my clients-to find them a home to call their own. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing eyes light up when you tell them "they accepted the offer!". In selling your property I will provide honest feedback in regard to price, how a potential buyer may react and the best strategy to sell in whatever market we may be facing.
